Mixed media is about freedom of expression and play. This workshop will look at different approaches to mixed media work, including painting, drawing, monotypes, and found or recycled materials. We will experiment with stencils, stamping, oil pastels, crayons, collage, decoupage, wet paint and image transfer. We can use both abstract and figurative imagery. The focus will be on developing a personal visual language. This workshop is suitable for both developed artists and beginners.
