Shabi is a graduate of SCAD (Savannah College of Art & Design) with a BFA in Photography. Upon graduation, she returned to Fairfield County where she began her teaching career. She has been teaching in fairfield county schools since 2013, both public and private, and currently teaches elementary students grades 3-5  in Wilton, CT. Shabi is passionate about the arts and about giving students the opportunity to discover themselves through various media. She has worked with students ranging from elementary to high school. Her teaching style is a harmonious blend of structure and spontaneity, as she believes in a equal exchange of learning between teacher and student.
